A notary public is a state-commissioned official authorized to
witness the signing of documents, administer oaths, and certify that
documents are authentic. Notaries help prevent fraud by verifying
the identity of signatories and ensuring all parties understand what
they're signing.
We notarize a wide variety of documents including: powers of
attorney, wills and trusts, affidavits, deeds, contracts, loan
documents, medical records, business agreements, and more. If you're
unsure whether your document requires notarization, give us a call
and we'll be happy to help.

An apostille is an international certification that authenticates
documents for use in foreign countries that are members of the Hague
Convention. It verifies the authenticity of the signature, seal, and
authority of the official who issued the document. Apostilles are
commonly required for documents like birth certificates, marriage
certificates, academic transcripts, and corporate documents.
