1. Services Provided

StoneKey Notary & Apostille Services provides the following services:

• Mobile notary services throughout Clark County, Nevada
• Apostille authentication for documents
• Notary signing agent services
• Notarization of various document types
• Document preparation assistance

2. Service Area

We provide mobile notary services throughout Clark County, Nevada, including Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations outside the immediate Las Vegas metropolitan area.

3. Appointments & Scheduling

• Appointments can be scheduled by phone at 702-610-1590 or through our online booking system
• Same-day appointments are often available
• A valid government-issued ID is required for all notarizations
• All signers must be present at the time of notarization

4. Fees & Payment

Our fees are based on Nevada state notary maximums plus applicable service charges:

• Notarization: Starting at $15 per signature (state maximum)
• Travel fees may apply based on location
• Apostille services: Additional fees apply
• Payment is expected at the time of service

5. Cancellations

We require at least 2 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the travel charge and any applicable service fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

StoneKey Notary & Apostille Services acts as a neutral third party in the notarization process. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of documents submitted for notarization. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our notarial services.

7. Apostille Services

Apostille processing times vary based on document type and destination country. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, including processing times at the Nevada Secretary of State office or foreign embassies.
